Meet the Team

Founder & Executive Director
Diana Taylor
I am a mother, an educator, and a proud U.S. Navy Reservist. With a background in early childhood and special education, I am a certified Montessori teacher who has worked closely with neurodivergent children: children whose developmental paths are not only unique, but deeply worthy of understanding and respect.
My military service instills in me discipline, commitment, and a deep sense of duty. As a mother, I lead with empathy and presence. As an educator, I believe in inclusive learning and the transformative power of community. These identities come together in my life’s work: to build a compassionate, empowering support system for children with special needs and the families who love them.
In 2024, I founded Path of Hope Network, a nonprofit organization devoted to fostering inclusion, strengthening parent-child connections, and building community through play, creativity, and shared experience. Whether through sensory-based activities, nature walks, or volunteer-led workshops, we aim to help every child step boldly into the world—and invite society to welcome them with warmth and understanding.

Supervisor
Maggie Wang
I’m a mother of two and also the CEO of a multinational tech company. Between the demands of work and family life, I’ve never been able to let go of the deep concern I carry for children with special needs.
Joining Path of Hope Network was a heartfelt decision, because I believe that when we take just one more step closer, we can truly change the world for these children. As the Regional Supervisor for Orange County, I’m committed to walking alongside these incredible kids and their families, creating moments of joy, understanding, and connection.
These children already shine brightly. They just need to be seen, understood, and embraced by a more supportive world. With my time, heart, and hands, I hope to help light the way. Every child deserves to grow freely, surrounded by love and kindness.

Volunteer President
Fiona Liao
Hi, I’m Fiona Liao, a high school senior and the Volunteer President at Path of Hope Network. I love games, enjoy creating art, and feel most fulfilled when spending time with children.
My journey with children with special needs began when I interviewed Mrs. Diana Taylor for a Thanksgiving project on people who bring positive change to their community. Her story deeply moved me: her love for children, her strong sense of social responsibility, and her commitment to change the world. That’s when I decided to join the meaningful work of Path of Hope Network.
Since joining, I’ve met many incredible kids. One unforgettable moment was when a little girl with Down syndrome hugged me tightly and said, “Thank you.” My eyes filled with tears. I realized that these children are not only receiving help, they’re also giving us a pure, unconditional love that’s uniquely beautiful. In my eyes, they are truly the sweetest angels in this world.
I’m very grateful to be part of Path of Hope, walking alongside loving people, bringing warmth and hope to more families.

Consultant
Carrie Yu
I’m a compassionate and driven ABA Clinical Supervisor with several years of hands-on experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays.
I specialize in implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions, training and mentoring Behavior Technicians, and partnering with families to ensure meaningful and lasting progress. I’m deeply passionate about creating environments where children feel empowered and where families feel supported every step of the way.
Before entering the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, I gained years of experience in organizational operations, which now allows me to lead teams effectively, optimize clinical systems, and support staff with both empathy and structure.
Currently, I’m pursuing my Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, bringing both academic knowledge and practical insight to my work. I’m committed to continuous learning, compassionate leadership, and using behavioral science to make a real difference: for the children I serve, and for the teams I work alongside.
